This is an ongoing 8 week plan which includes 8 in person check -ins and In Body composition readings. This plan includes a comprehensive initial consultation including a body composition analysis with our highest experienced and formally educated and trained Nutrition Coaches. After the initial consultation and Body composition analysis you will receive a detailed and fully tailored 7 day meal and supplementation plan to follow. The plan has a detailed breakdown of daily caloric intake goals and macronutrient breakdowns calculated by the nutrition coach based on your body fat percentage and lean body mass In Body readings.
Plan will include easy to follow recipes, meal timing and supplement usage and directions. 8 Weekly check ins are scheduled to keep track of progress and program changes will be made along the way as needed. This is perfect for someone who needs a little extra support and motivation and who needs to work more closely with a coach to have an accountability component.
